Forgotten your password?
You can have a new password sent to you by email. Please provide the email address that you usually use when accessing the NationalRural website. This will be the email address that you first signed up with. Your new password will be sent straight away to that email address.
If you are having trouble entering your password, please check it for capitals, as our passwords are case sensitive.
It may take a few minutes for your emailed password to be delivered. If it doesn't appear soon, please check your Junk Mail folder, just in case.
If you no longer have access to your original email address, please inform us. (It is usually easiest just to sign up again using a new email address).
However, if you used your old email address and My NationalRural account to manage organisations and events, you will need to contact us so we can assign your organisations to your new account. We will need to ask you some basic security information before doing this.
