RuSource briefings are produced by the editor, Alan Spedding, who previously ran the FIRM Briefing Papers project. His goal is to, "Cut important issues down to essentials and tell it straight", saving subscribers to the weekly e-news bulletin hours of time searching for up-to-date, accurate & unbiased information. In addition, Alan also provides less frequent 'Easy Guides' to key areas of agriculture & land-based activity for the educated 'outsider'.
As part of this service, the Arthur Rank Centre provides a comprehensive 'back up':
- A regularly updated catalogue of every Briefing & Easy Guide
- Easily-downloadable copies of all papers more than 3 months old
- Encouragement to subscribe for yourself to this free service in order to receive all briefings as soon as they are produced.
There is facility to search for RuSource papers and to subscribe to the weekly RuSource e-news bulletin.
